Refund & Return Policy
Due to both international health policies and the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returned sex toys, underwear, or any items that may be directly exposed to crotch area
For returns and exchanges on activewear, the expense of shipping back to VergeWear is the responsibility of the buyer.
We do, however, take full responsibility for any errors in fulfilment (ie. incorrect size, item, quantity, or style). In this instance, please contact email@example.com for immediate assistance quoting your order #. We ask that you contact us within 10 days of delivery receipt in order to assure a timely resolution. Notification received after 60 days of the delivery distribution will be refunded or replaced at our discretion.
Missing Order Policy
Once shipped, orders are approximately delivered as follows:
- USA: 2-3 weeks (specific dates shown per product)
If you have not received a delivery within the above time frames, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance. Notifications of missing orders received after 60 days from shipping will be replaced at our discretion.
